Meetings for more than the organization
Chapter 3
As an Intern at Finessed Media, you have access to several resources, my favourite of which is the weekly meetings. On Monday or Tuesday of every week, our CEO, Alexi Rabadam, will individually speak to all of us about our goals and achievements over the past week. We also discuss our plan of action for the weeks and months ahead. On Thursdays, the whole team gets together to talk about our progress, our work, and what’s to come. Of course, it’s always fun, but it’s also more than that. Every meeting is an opportunity for us to learn. In addition to chatting with each other about what we’ve been up to, we participate and engage in casual educational seminars. As a team, we’ll discuss the importance of Social Media, the tips and tricks that will allow us to thrive in an online space, as well as topics such as audience and industry retention, as well as marketing and self-branding.
Our weekly meetings make sure we are working towards what we truly want. And if we’re not sure what that is, Finessed will help us figure that out.
